Spyker’s distinctive presence extends beyond the road, finding its way onto the silver screen in major international film productions. One such collaboration took place with the motion picture War (also known as Rogue Assassin), starring Jet Li and Jason Statham.

In the film, Jet Li’s character — Rogue — is seen driving the Spyker C8 Spyder, a car that perfectly reflects the character’s precision, control and understated power. The choice of Spyker underlines the brand’s unique position: exclusive, uncompromising and instantly recognizable.

For the production, two Spyker C8 Spyders and one Spyker C12 LaTurbie were delivered to the film set in Canada, where filming took place in May 2006. The presence of these cars added a layer of authenticity and visual distinction, reinforcing the film’s atmosphere with Spyker’s signature blend of craftsmanship and performance.

On screen, the Spyker C8 Spyder embodies more than mobility — it becomes a statement of character. Its aviation-inspired design, exposed engineering and handcrafted details translate seamlessly into the cinematic world, where every frame demands presence and identity.
